Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
Effective date: September 25, 2026
This policy explains what Intelegance LLC (“Intelegance,” “we,” “us”) collects through intelegance.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. In short, we collect what you choose to send us plus basic visit statistics. We use it to reply to you and run our business, and we never sell it.
This policy covers this website only. Information you share with us during a client engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.
Information we collect
When you contact us: our contact form asks for your first and last name, company name, the type of inquiry (with a short topic if you choose “Other”), your message and your business email. If you tick the optional “Sign up for news and updates” box, we also record that choice. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your email contains.
When you book a call: our appointments page uses a Google Calendar booking page. When you book, you give Google your name, your email address and any other details the booking form asks for, along with the time you pick. Google then adds the meeting to our calendar and sends you an invitation.
When you browse: like most websites, ours collects some information automatically. That includes your IP address, browser and device type, the page that sent you here, the pages you view and when you visit. Squarespace, which hosts the site, uses this information for our site analytics and to keep the site secure. The contact form also uses Google reCAPTCHA, which checks device and usage information to tell people apart from spam bots.
How we use it
We use this information to: reply to your inquiry and follow up on it; schedule and hold calls; understand and provide the services you ask about; send you news and updates, but only if you opted in; see how the site is used, so we can improve it; protect the site and our inbox from spam and abuse; and keep business records and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only so they can provide that service:
• Squarespace hosts this website and runs the contact form, which stores submissions and emails them to us. It also provides our site analytics.
• Google provides our business email (Google Workspace), the booking page and calendar invitations (Google Calendar), and the spam check on our form (reCAPTCHA). This site is protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• HubSpot is our customer relationship management system. We may keep your contact details and a record of our correspondence there.
• Fivetran copies our HubSpot records into our Snowflake data warehouse so we can run internal reports.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Squarespace sets a few cookies when you visit. One, called “crumb,” is a security cookie that protects forms against forged submissions. Others power Squarespace’s built-in visitor analytics, which show us things like how many people visit and which pages they read. Google may set its own cookies when you use the booking page or when reCAPTCHA runs. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we haven’t added any other analytics or advertising tools.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as the contact form or the booking page, may not work properly without them.
Do Not Track
Our site does not change how it behaves in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We don’t track you across other websites. Google, which provides reCAPTCHA and our booking page, may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry, booking and correspondence records for as long as we need them to respond to you, work with you and keep proper business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we only ask for business contact details and whatever you choose to tell us. No website, email system or storage method is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we’ll notify you as the law requires.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask us at any time to: tell you what personal information we hold about you; correct or update it; delete it; or stop sending you news and updates (you can also use the unsubscribe link in any of those emails).
To make a request, email amelia@intelegance.io from the address you used with us, so we can confirm it’s you. We’ll respond within 45 days, and asking will never change how we treat you.
California residents can also ask whether we have shared their personal information with other companies for those companies’ direct-marketing purposes. We have not.
Children
This site is for business audiences and is not directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Where information is processed
Intelegance is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
